Place a lit charcoal disc in a heatproof burner or censer filled with sand or ash. Once the disc is glowing and lightly ashed over (2–3 minutes), place a small tear of resin on top. It will release fragrant smoke without needing direct flame contact.

Keep resin in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in an airtight container. Properly stored, our resin keeps its aroma and quality for years — many grades improve with age.

Myrrh doesn't spoil. Stored correctly, it will remain usable indefinitely, though the aroma profile mellows slightly over time.

Retail orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your country.

Because resin is a consumable natural product, we can't accept returns once a package has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Orders are typically confirmed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Air freight transit runs 3–7 days to most markets; sea freight runs 3–6 weeks depending on destination.

Food-grade resealable bags (1 kg, 5 kg), bulk drums (25 kg, 50 kg), and cartons with inner liners for air freight. Custom or private-label packaging is available from 50 kg.

Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and export license documentation are provided with every wholesale shipment. Certificates of Analysis (lab testing) are in development — ask us for current status.

Standard terms are 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance due before dispatch. Established partners with an order history may qualify for net terms — ask your account contact.

Both — air freight suits smaller, time-sensitive orders, while sea freight is more economical for larger volumes. We can quote EXW, FOB Bosaso, or CIF depending on your destination and order size.
